By submitting this form, renter agrees to Terms & Conditions written below and authorizes National RV Rentals to process credit card to confirm reservation.
Renter can change the dates of the rental with a written or email cancellation. 30 days before rental. Renter will have 1 yr to use the rental credit for another rental date.
Renter will not receive a refund on their credit card.

Terms & Conditions
Reservations/Deposits and Cancellations
Verbal or Written reservation application & Terms and Conditions are
acceptable.Upon receipt of application, the appropriate deposit amount
will be charged to the credit card. No reservations can be held without
receipt of the deposit.
Reservations are on a first come first served basis.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Early departure will be considered end of rental for thetotal amount paid.
All reservation balances are due 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.
**All cancellations must be received by our office in writing 30 (Thirty) days
prior to departure. Any monies paid will remain on your account up to one
year, to allow time to reschedule your trip**
Security Deposit

Motor home – ALR policy allows for towing behind any rented motor home if connection to towed
unit. Is secured by authorized ALR personnel at time of departure. Motor home and trailer must
fall within towing limits and specifications. No other unauthorized towing is allowed.
Unauthorized towing will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible additional charges.
Service Calls

call fee will be charged at the rate of $75/hour with a minimum charge of $75.

If, for any reason beyond the Company’s control, the unit reserved is not available,
the Company reserves the right to substitute another unit. Should an other unit not be
available, the Company’s liability will be limited to the refund of all refundable monies paid by lessee (the deposit).
Insurance / Liability

accidents to rental office and police immediately. Should a break down occur, lessee

wheels, tires and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical
failures immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due
to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the
event the vehicle is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, through no fault of
the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or
portion thereof. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise
control, generator malfunctions. etc are not considered breakdowns and no refunds
are available for these items.
If rental unit returns damaged and makes the rental vechile unrentable, the renter could have an insurance claim filed againest them to recoup the expenses of the repairs as well as lose their deposit due to lost revenue to National RV Rentals for the time of the repair of the rental unit.

given over the phone or to any representative of NationalRVRentals or affiliates to insure
your reservation then you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
3 days is the minimum rental period. NationalRVRentals does not guarantee leveling,
power, water, availability, propane, at any campsites. Any promises made by any affiliate of
NationalRVRentals must be made in writing and approved by the operations director on duty
to be valid. Positioning the trailer is available within normal reason up until the trailer is
removed from the hitch. Once removed from the hitch any extra services or re-hitching
will constitute additional delivery charges. The NationalRVRentals delivery driver cannot
make any extra promises without the written approval of the Operation Director on duty.
NationalRVRentals reserve the right to deny or reschedule deliver service in cases
where the campsite is unsafe or in bad weather conditions. Awning use is prohibited
and if used will constitute a $200 fine.
No Mexico travel under any condition. No insurance coverage provided. No smoking or pets
allowed in rented vehicles at any time. Lack of compliance will result in forfeiture of
security deposit and/or a minimum charge of $200. Special provisions may be made for
weekend departures or returns. However, these provisions must be scheduled and paid
for in advance, on or before departure date.
